Actually, our latest rescue is more of a bad dog, maybe the baddest of all time: welcome Cerberus. This Hazy IPA is a Hell Hound with 3 heads of Citra + Idaho 7 + Nelson Hops and a growling 6.6% ABV.

This West Coast IPA smiles with contempt, it laughs with bitter skepticism and it is made with a cynical amount of Mosaic + Citra + Simcoe. Sardonic is a suitable 7.1% ABV for such a grim guise and is rife with aromatic notes of resinous Blackberry, Mandarine and Passion Fruit.
