Year 12 is an important stage in a pupil's school experience, we believe that celebrating their success is vital. Here are the Year 12 students who were given awards for attendance, subject achievement and by their Head of Year. Well done!

Pupils were surprised this morning as Mr Campbell had attached a chocolate treat to the underside of the seats of those pupils with 100% for September. Well done guys and keep up the great attendance! #glengormleyway
Well done to our Year 8 pupils of the month. We've been delighted with our fantastic Year 8 pupils so far and, in particular, these pupils have been recognised for their excellent efforts across the different subject areas of our school. Well done all! #glengormleyway

Update on the latest high fliers at Glengormley High! Our baby blue tits are coming along so well under Fluffy's careful watch. Lots of feathers on their wings as they develop and get ready to leave the nest. Thanks to Gerard for our update! @BBCSpringwatch#BBCSpringwatch#BBC
Update on Fluffy and her babies.... the hatchlings are thriving and have grown so much already. It's amazing how quickly they develop. I wonder how much longer they will be with us before they take to flight.
We hope all our pupils, their families and any of our community are coping ok during this difficult time when many of us can be feeling anxious and isolated. Remember help is at hand. Make sure to ask for help. Family works offer a counselling service you may wish to use.
Delighted to receive a nomination for Teri Meehan as one of our Frontline Heroes. Teri's final year at school has been cut short and she has been working hard in Applegreen. Teri is a fantastic student and we're not surprised to hear she continues to make a difference! Be Safe!
Well done to Brooke Crawford in Year 8 and John Paul Blanquera in Year 12 who have been going above and beyond in their school work for Mrs Penny. She is very impressed by John Paul's work in English and Brooke's work in English and History. Well done!

Mr D Jackson, Mr P Clarke and Mr D Campbell (Technology Department) are delighted with the fantastic work being completed at home by our pupils. The images show some of the pupil work which demonstrates great imagination, effort and ability. Please keep engaging with us.
Our next frontline heroes are the parents of Year 12 pupil John Paul Blanquera, Lisa and Edwin who are both working as Care Workers. Both have been busy looking after the elderly and vulnerable people in our local community. Thank you to them and stay safe!
