@unitedutilities - your engineer has left us with almost no water. He knocked to ask to turn it off "for 10 minutes" while he did something to the meter. He then left without checking it was back on. It hardly is. Can you fix it, please? There was no problem before he came!

@unitedutilities Thank you :) Poor pressure. The kitchen tap runs but the flow rate reduces over a few seconds until it nearly stops. It's worse upstairs.
