@MyntraSupport WTH is going on!? Why are prepaid orders not getting dispatched. I'm tired of raising tickets with the customer support but the team is SO dead they wouldn't provide any solutions. I order a shirt from the bear house on 2nd of may and its still not dispatched yet!

Hey @help_delhivery I've been facing fake weight disputes issue for almost a month now. I have a list of 70+ AWBs which have charged me more than ₹10k so far in the name of weight mismatch. Its getting difficult for us to continue manifesting further orders. Kindly solve this.

So Mr. Bhatt mailed us a excel sheet format and I filled every single detail of the format as asked.
Awb, weight, product category, date, number of items and mailed the same to Mr. Ayush bhatt
After 3 weeks he's telling us the info is missing and the format was wrong.

Your delivery guy named Prajwal AS stole the money paid by our customer. He took the money on his personal upi and marked the shipment falsely as undelivered and rto. Sent us a fake shipment. When we raised a ticket about the same, you guys aren't replying.

Here is the payment screenshot and THE PROOF that the customer paid ₹6200 to the delivery guy named prajwal and the parcel was delivered to her successfully.
Kindly take strict action on this guy and provide us our hard earned remittance cus 6200 inr is no JOKE!
