@DPDgroup_news I tried to escalate my complaint but told the adviser has to submit it. When asked if he could send me a copy or read out what he put, he said he couldn’t do that.

Anybody else had any problems with DPD deliveries? I have waited in twice now for deliveries to arrive only to be sent a message ‘sorry we missed you’ and sent a photo of somewhere else? Shocking customer service when I called for the second day running @DPDgroup_news

@DPDgroup_news I have the App. None of the options covers my problem. The delivery address is correct and all of the other couriers are able to find it ok. I don’t want to change the delivery address. I want the drivers to be able to find it! 2 days in a row your company has failed to deliver.
