​Yesterday, Governor Bahati Musanga Erasto visited Muheto, the home to notorious So-called generals, Mugabo and Mayanga, who have long terrorized the local community, the very family who looked after them until they returned to pay this community with terror. But the tables are turning. Under a terror regime that breeds division, these so-called generals are being mistreated, arrested, or stripped of their power, left without function. This is Tshisekedi’s legacy: pitting communities and families against one another.

​On the other hand, organizations sitting 12,000 km away relentlessly accuse the AFC-M23 of recruiting minors, yet they can never produce proof. Meanwhile, it is the AFC-M23 that actually rescues these armed children, rehabilitates them, and returns them to their families. The bias and corruption of these report-writers couldn't be more obvious.

Today, as part of #Kwibohora32 , the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), in collaboration with government institutions and security stakeholders, concluded the annual Defence and Security Outreach Programme 2026.

In Kirehe District , Rubirizi Cell, Nasho Sector inaugurated projects included providing clean water infrastructure, livestock, and other socio-economic support to the community.

The event was presided over by Hon. Dr. Telesphore Ndabamenye, Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources, alongside Mr. Bruno Rangira, Mayor of Kirehe District, and representatives from the RDF and the Rwanda National Police (RNP), reaffirming the government's commitment to people centred development and strong civil-military cooperation.
