My wife and I just saw a cat very nervously running across the road, nearly getting hit multiple times. My wife was driving and she turned the car around, convinced something was wrong. We saw the cat run down a street and saw this box nearby.

It's very friendly, it came to us (nervously) after running down the street a small way after we coaxed it with some cooked chicken we had picked up for our lunch. I just can't believe someone would leave a cat like that rather than take it to a shelter.
