@BBCRadio3@MannGeorgia Here's and association for you... Miriam Hyde Village Fair - Oh dear what can the matter be - two fat ladies stuck in a lavatory - Haydn Symphony No. 88
@SaraMohrPietsch Thank you, @SaraMohrPietsch . Really enjoyed this. Love how you gently introduce us to works and don't gush about them, or litter your description of them with superlatives. Thank you for good choices and letting them speak for themselves. Looking forward to next week.
At #PAlive2023. Another 'interesting' point (if you are that way inclined...). Pension Scheme Trustees have too much on their plates already. How can they additionally consider their scheme's role as a responsible investor? Should they take on this role?
Interesting juxtaposition at #Pensionsaspectslive23 this morning.... Excellent session by Mattea Pauc of @EarthlingsRe which ended with a compelling audience comment that we should be consuming much less, and reusing what we can.... (1/2)
2/2. ... Then, straight after the break, and introduction to a chap promoting Gold as part of alternative assets. Does Gold actually have a part in a useful sustainable economy? I'm not so sure.
Being less sceptical, it would be good to know where gold is used in products/services which help combat environmental disruption, and what % of gold market value that covers.... Anyone got a view?
@LevParikian Was it a joke that took you there, Lev? They get me back to being an 8 year old boy every time. (e.g. Why did the constipated baker have brown hands? He needed a poo.)
