So...

This spring, he won't be coming back for real... 🌸

Under these circumstances, the court finds that the defendant has not provided clear and convincing evidence that he is unlikely to flee if he returns to the UAE," ⚖️🛑

Hmmm... this decision seems illogical because CZ is facing a maximum sentence of 18 months in prison and has agreed not to appeal any sentence within that range. CZ would face a longer prison term if he flees instead of returning to the U.S. for sentencing... unless they are contemplating a sentence exceeding 18 months 👀
