@asos sending used items out during a pandemic is actually disgusting. Putting me and my loved one at risk and no apology or explanation! Hopefully none of us have caught Covid from it!

Thank goodness for @Klarna - the amount of times I’ve had wrong orders or deliveries not turn up, and I’ve never had to wait on a refund because I’ve paid by Klarna. It helps keep my blood pressure down when dealing with incompetence knowing they won’t get their money!
@JustEatUK can you explain to me why your driver has gone missing with my order? Restaurant is no help but the driver left, drove halfway to my house (5 min drive from restaurant) then disappeared. I’d like my money back please.
