@coopuk Thanks Maddie. The co-op is a lovely company and if self service tills happen it will make all the difference at this store and i wouldreturnas a shopper. For the last year I have always had to make the decision do I have enough time to shop there

Sadly I no longer shop at the @coopuk in Coedpoeth. Despite it being a new build there are no self service tills. There a 4 tills, the queue is ALWAYS to the door. Colleagues don't jump on to clear the queue so always 1 on the till. I wonder how many others have stopped @wrexham

I'm genuinely gutted as I know shopping at the co-op gives back and supports British brands. A simple change could make all the difference and customer experience
