Once again currys @CurrysServices have failed. After 3 attempts to collect television. Today, they have failed to deliver repaired TV back to us fespite the tracking saying van was within half a mile of the house 🤬🤬🤬🤬

There was no details of why the tv was not collected, it took phone calls. This is not acceptabke. 1 missed collection is forgivable but for it to hapoen again is not acceptable. The tv had the screenedcrepaured this time last year and now needs doing again.

How difficult is it for Currys to collect a TV to go to repair. First collection day 7th Feb, they ran out of time, then told 10th, no collection. Told today no collection. Another phone call and now its 24th. 17 days from collection. Not good enough Currys

We had arrangements made for collection of our tv to go for repairs on 7th Feb, it was changed to the 10th and then 24th. Following a phone call this evening the date is now 17th. On 7th andc10th we had to arrange for family to wait in for collection.
