@Vodacom @VodaPay 2/2 There is no option for vodabucks. Eventually I get through to someone to be told I must use Tobi chat. Over 30 mins on chat to be told there's nothing that can be done I should have used them before they expired ???

@Vodacom @VodaPay You really need to look at you customer service. I used vodabucks to purchase vouchers that expired at 23:59 on 22 May. Tried to redeem at 13:00 on 22 May to be told they were invalid. Only option was to call 082135. 1/2
