@GameBoah@Starcaster1 I feel you on the skinny part. I’m having a really hard time putting on mass. That’s why I stressed the importance of a caloric surplus. I’ve made lots of progress, but if your goal is to get bigger, almost all the work you do in the gym goes to waste if you don’t eat enough.
@GameBoah@Starcaster1 Dw man. U don’t put on “too much muscle” overnight. Besides, if u do, u can always stop working out for hypertrophy. If the weights end up being too light a great thing u can try are pistol squats. Maybe try them assisted if they’re too hard.
