1) Otyken - Azyan's vocals & charisma are extraordinary. (check out Altay with Ummet Ozcan)
2)Olivia Rodrigo - exclusively Glastonbury live tho' - she and her band rocked
3)Laufey - she has a lovely quality.

You made a good initial point tho' - The Last Dinner Party is all about being performative. The emotional tenor of many a lyric, and many a fan response to the band is akin to Catherine Tate's Aga Saga Woman (n.b tenor not privilege)

@seanbwparker @lastdinnerparty This isn't a majority view Sean. Prelude had longer legs, Pyre dropped down the chart like a stone, as most Indie albums do. They don't have the streaming power to sustain. If you look at kworb's Spotify stats there's a wide range of compulsions at play.

@mindbombrecords @lastdinnerparty A point I'm making here, is that if The Last Dinner Party feel it is OK to mythologise and essentially fictionalise individuals and relationships out of existence. Then the same could be done to them. Only - what I've said isn't a fiction, only the picnic table.

@mindbombrecords @lastdinnerparty The Last Dinner Party used "the sublime" before to describe Prelude. Picture them at a picnic table outside the banquet hall watching the ghost of Henry Spychalski imperviously haunting The Pyre. 2 tracks confirmed by Abi feature him - and a 3rd (Agnus) I'm sure.
