One week today the rape gang inquiry hearings will begin..........
Dedication, commitment and motivation for change has been the driving force for our small inquiry team. It's been one of the most incredibly humbling experiences of my 22 year safeguarding career so far.
It's not been without it's challenges, but what's driven me the most is the participants who I can honestly say have inspired and motivated me to keep going........this inquiry belongs to you and you deserve to be heard ❤️
I'd like to take this opportunity to also recognise the amazing rgi team Julie, kerie and deb who between them have worked tirelessly behind the scenes, 7 days a week....... Thankyou🙏
And to all of you who generously donated to this inquiry......... Your generosity has helped to make this inquiry happen.........
To everyone who has followed myself, @RupertLowe10@MarlonTag and @officialsammyuk, you've helped to spread the word and show support to the victims, their famies and whistleblowers and
In this final week it's more important than ever to show your support, keep following and get behind the inquiry...........
We've been met with criticism and challenge along the way, but this small team have remained steadfast and focused on getting the job done
The support and love has been far greater than the criticism and negativity.......... We may not have statutory powers, but we have stood strong, kept going and haven't crumbled, which is more than can be said for the national inquiry, and that should be recognised..........
Truth, exposure and accountability @rapeganginquiry 🙏
Owen assumes humans are universal, fungible, and interchangeable.
Hence he sees 850k foreigners in and 650k people out as a value neutral proposition, and his faulty economic model registers this as merely lower numbers.
But the quality of the 250k Brits who left is different. We are exchanging good productive people for dependents, as usual, so the economy will continue to tank because of immigrants.
Dozens and dozens of survivors have already given evidence to our Rape Gang Inquiry, with countless more individuals providing information from across the public sector and beyond.
That is all being collated, and added to every day.
Over 10,000 FOI questions have been sent to the authorities - with shocking findings to soon be released.
Our safeguarding team are ensuring that survivors are supported, and feel entirely comfortable in what they are doing.
So much more is happening - with a real focus on giving survivors a voice they feel they have so far lacked.
I want to thank our team for their hard work putting all of this together.
We have made good progress, but there is so much more to do.
To everyone who contributed - thank you.
We won't let you down.
I asked a number of uncomfortable questions in Parliament today around the mass rape of white working class girls by mainly Pakistani gangs.
The brutal truth must be shown to the British people.
'This is not what we're talking about!'
@MichelleDewbs silences Mike Buckley's claim that the majority of sexual violence is perpetrated by white men, emphasising the unique nature of grooming cases and urging the public to review court transcripts for context.
ADMIN POST.
@benhabib6 tonight: "I reject the notion of an enquiry. I want a dedicated unit of the police force arresting everyone who turned a blind eye to this"!
People like you made it literally impossible for men to have any spaces/hobbies/clubs/interests/groups or social spaces of their own. People like you mandated that women MUST be included in everything they think and do. And now people like you berate them for not having the very things they're prevented from having. People like you are the problem.
