And yeah depression can be a real thing, and so can other serious health issues, but that sad part is, obesity has a huge hand in most health issues

@aerishostile @BrianAtlas Im also poor and yet i am choosing to now get off my butt and go for a walk, do some pushups, pay more attention to what I eat. It is 💯 possible even for low income homes to be healthy. We as a society have just gotten lazy and its more fun to eat food that gives a serotonin hit
