Going from an office job to working in retail is honestly so refreshing because when I tell u I don’t think about work at all after leaving now my brain actually gets to relax where as with an office job I was constantly checking emails and stressing and shit it was not healthy

Redundancy “based off skills” is awfully convenient when I would have the same skills if it wasn’t for my rapidly declining health in fact I DID have the same skills until my epilepsy got worse, seizures increased, and I had to start working from home so my hours got decreased

Being made redundant when my health is at a point where I have no chance of getting another job and holding it down is fucked the government doesn’t care about disabled people and neither do employers - any excuse to brush us under the carpet of society
