@claracbradley@alexeinars@Apple My thought exactly. Maybe it could activate on voice command. Like: "Hey, pen! Change color to lush red" or activate the color picker to select manually.
Designer pals.
I need to learn figma. In an organised, structured, component driven way. Not just *chuck some shapes together until it looks nice way
Best learning resources or tips appreciated. Gotta do some super fast levelling up.
*this is what I do now
@cassiecodes I actually enjoy linkedin and the news feed. I only have people in relevant diciplines and the feed is mostly on topic for me. I also recently landed my dream job as I was noticed by a recruiter who managed to connect the dots.
I don’t believe you have to have passion to be a programmer, and was a bit sick of hearing the argument.
So I spent some time unpacking with research how flow state is the reason that this is not a requirement and everyone is welcome in tech!

@nicoletellsit Hey, @nicoletellsit, I heard your talk about this and didn’t realize you were kicket out. There is much great user centered work in other industries. I use this myself to explain the profession, like how something is shaped and function and how this relates to UX design.
Guess what? We’re gonna do “ASK THE UX FOLKS” every Thursday at 1:30PM EDT!
Join me and my two better #UX halves @intrepidleeloo and @nickf and ask your most pressing UX + #Design questions.
Next show: Thursday, Jan 28 1:30 PM EST on @joinclubhouse.

@leftofsunset @theChrisDo I also find your approach empowering, @leftofsunset. Even in close friendships I would be thinking about my manners over truly listening, and when silence struck(!) I would sometimes have to guess the apporpriate answer. As a result I am quite good at reading expressions. ;)
@KerriMcGregor Thanks for sharing today, @KerriMcGregor. It makes me more bold as well. I listened in on a talk about imposter syndrome earlier and if you + that in to the mix it also gets interesting. For me it all depends if I am confident of the context and crowd.
@SaraSoueidan Hi, Sara! I am studying UX design, and from next week I’ll go into four weeks of Accessibility. Glad I have the workshop with you last September in Edinburgh to lean on and am excited to hopefully get a good recap and learn even more. I would be glad for any literature tips. :)
