(1/4) During my final year at the University of Eswatini (UNESWA), I had the opportunity to develop an autonomous inventory management solution for the entire process of storage, retrieval, and tracking of spare parts across multiple vendors sharing the same warehouse.
[3/3] As an aspiring engineering professional, I find great fulfillment in initiatives that help bridge this gap. Young professionals are well positioned to help learners see how theory translates into practical solutions and spark curiosity about STEM.
[1/3] I recently had an exchange with Form 5 learners at Ntshanini High School (my former school). It was a refreshing and honest conversation, with many of them expressing a common concern: “Where will we ever use concepts like trigonometry and matrices in real life?”
[2/3]It was interesting guiding them through the derivation of sinusoidal equations that govern power and communication systems, and demonstrating how matrices are used control engineering. It was encouraging to see classroom concepts begin to connect with real-world applications
(1/2) Obtaining a degree is not just a milestone, it's a foundation. It represents dedication, curiosity, and the commitment to grow. Yet, it’s only one step in a lifelong journey of continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning.
