@British_Airways It won’t accept some details like baggage report reference. Or when I click on the reason I get FALSE on the screen sometimes - I cannot claim missing bags and have my been able since we filed the original claim.

@British_Airways I was unable to claim lost baggage because of the claim form requiring receipts- but we wanted to claim lost baggage- because it was longer than 21 days. I spoke with a representative about this two days ago-
