@FirstinGlasgow as kids in Scotland are entitled to free travel it might be sensible to allow your drivers some discretion. My Primary 7 son, who has a sore knee & is wearing a knee brace, was told by the No.4 driver that he had to get off the bus as his NEC expired last week.

Website v Reality. @marksandspencer Tried to buy in store (showed as 3 in stock) but none. Helpful assistant sorted a click & collect from #braehead. They look like they’ve been scrunched into a ball, bound with elastic and used as a football. Bit late to sort for daughters Xmas

Kids love to start a road trip with @McDonaldsUK but not when order is wrong. Stopped at the next one for a plain #McCrispy as requested. One with mayo looks like it’s been run over 😂 Asked for a separate bag as son has sesame allergy but all came together; at least sun is ☀️
