I don't think the offer of a webchat is the correct response to this awful situation?
As the owner of @virginmedia . Do you think this is acceptable?
@virginmedia please contact me urgently. You almost killed my elderly neighbour. She's spent three days on the floor and couldn't contact anyone for help because you disconnected her phone line two weeks ago and didn't repair it.
@virginmedia If you can't speak to me over the phone, then please make arrangements for a colleague in another department to speak with me.

She's lucky her friend found her when he did.
Therefore a webchat will not resolve this matter.

I've already spent over half an hour on the phone to you and was constantly left on hold. No nobody took it seriously/was able to assist.

I'd suggust this is more important than a webchat.
For clarification, Olga's emergency assistance alarm didn't work because you hadn't fixed her phone line.
