Yesterday in Twin Falls, that day came.

When a rifle-wielding shooter opened fire at the In-N-Out, a civilian with a handgun stepped up and engaged him — helping stop the attack and almost certainly saving lives.

Multiple sources are identifying that man as Jordan Salinas.

Preparation met opportunity.
