We have another 50/50 half time draw winner this week, picked during last nights Girvan and District Summer Cup semi final between David's Snack Bar and Big Micks. The former progressing to the final after a 1-0 victory. The lucky recipient of £67 was Peter McGrouther, a regular over at Hamilton Park. Delighted for you Peter, it was clearly a cold evening, you braved the elements, and this will help get yourself a pair of socks. Thanks for your support. 💷😉👍

Mr Tom Murray, who attended tonight’s Girvan and District Summer Cup fixture, contested by Big Micks and Ayrshire Tigers, and was rewarded with £58, as presented by Maureen McCreadie of Girvan FC. A reminder that this years Girvan and District Summer cup ⚽️ kicks of tomorrow, Sunday 31st May ’26, and we are delighted to be assisting the event organisers Girvan & District Attractions, by hosting each fixture of this years competition, at Hamilton Park.

The full Girvan FC match day facilities / catering provisions will be in place for the duration of the fixtures taking place at the weekends, with hot food, crisps, confectionary, hot and cold drinks available to purchase from the kiosk. Unfortunately we be unable to provide hot food on match days taking place through the week, however all other refreshments will be available.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to what we are sure will be another enjoyable and successful competition.

Attached is a list of the Quarter final fixtures, and announcements of the Semi-Finals and Final will be forthcoming.

Having now completed 3 seasons as a Girvan FC player, after an initial loan,
he has consistently performed to a high level.

Once again Dylan, has shown great ability and reliability whether playing at Full back or in a more central role.

He reads the game well, and is always there to provide cover for team mates when required, frequently breaking up play in dangerous areas. There’s not many pass him.

Congratulations Dylan on receiving this seasons award which is thoroughly deserved. 🤝

Jack Marks 🏆

In his first season at the club, Jack has often carried the main responsibility for both creating openings and putting the ball in the back of the net for us this season, playing a position he maybe wasn’t initially accustomed to.

Jack has risen to the challenge and played a very important role for us ending on 11 goals scored and 7 assists. He’s led the line and played in a deeper role continuing to provide a threat going forward, showing great mobility and an aerial threat.

2025/26 - Players player of the year 

Kori Howard 🏆

Kori has picked up this seasons award which is often seen as the one the players want, as it’s voted by their peers.

Kori has shown through his time at the club, over 2 seasons, that he has fantastic ability, composure on the ball, and terrific movement to take him past players. He has shown a range of passing and delivery from set pieces which carries a real threat to the opposition.

Kori ended the season strong with 2 goals in the last 4 matches, finishing with 4 goals and 6 assists.
