SOMEONE JUST KILLED THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
A guy scanned an entire house with his phone. Uploaded it.
Now anyone on Earth can walk through it in a browser tab. No app. No VR. No agent. No appointment.
Click → you’re inside. Every room. Every angle. Every shadow. Photoreal.
The numbers are insane:
- Agent fee on a $500k home: $15,000
- Cost to make this scan: ~$200
- Time to “tour” 50 houses: one evening
- File size: smaller than a TikTok
The science is wild too:
It’s called 3D Gaussian Splatting instead of polygons (how games render), it uses millions of tiny glowing “splats” of color and depth.
AI reconstructs reality from your photos. The result loads on a phone and looks like you’re THERE.
The grift opportunity is even wilder:
Freelancers are already charging $300–$800 per scan for realtors, Airbnbs, venues, car dealers, museums.
One person + one phone + one weekend = a business.

It’s not misinformation.
If you were an opponent of the regime, NIAC never would have endorsed you.
You are the enemy. An enemy to America.
Are you working for the Iranian regime? @RepYassAnsari
Why are you, as an Iranian, trying to remove the Secretary of War while we are in the middle of war with Iran?
Are you a spy for the Iranian regime?
Yes or no.
@RepYassAnsari 1. Are your actions in the interest of the Islamic Republic? Yes.
2. Have you been endorsed by the lobby of the Islamic Republic (NIAC)? Also yes.
3. Would people who act in the interest of a hostile foreign government lie about their loyalty? Of course.
Case closed.
🚨Yousef Azizi, who frequently appears on BBC, used to live comfortably in Washington right in the heart of the very system his family and he attack. Meanwhile, his own family is deeply tied to power in Iran. His brother, Tohid Azizi previously launched a campaign to identify protesters, an effort that put young Iranians at risk of execution.
Yousef Azizi is a PhD student at Virginia Tech. His father, Fereydoun Azizi, served as the former dean of the medical school at Shahid Beheshti University and was also head of the Medical Group of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution from 1980 to 1992, positions closely linked to the regime. He was known for being in close circle of Ali Khamenei, the late Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic.
This is a family that has long benefited from the system, yet continues to move freely between Iran and the United States.
While young protesters inside Iran face imprisonment and execution, figures like Yousef Azizi build careers abroad, appearing in international media, raising serious questions about what role they play and whose interests they ultimately serve.
