Took me 10 min to replace my @AIRTEL_KE line at an agent shop. For some reason I was told ya saf I have to do it kwa customer care shop. Got at @Safaricom_Care shop Ruiru at 8am. By 9:30am no service! Over one and a half hrs ku replace tu line surely.
@Safaricom_Care We were around 8 people waiting for the "customercare person" who was to come in at 9am. At 9:30am we're told that he went via the main office to fix sth with his system, lol!🗑 That's after waiting for 1½ hrs. So they tell us we can choose to wait or go and come back later.
@Safaricom_Care A boda guy had sacrificed his morning shift used 200 bob kuja Ruiru to be sorted. Another lady had come on Sato and was asked to come bk on Mon coz that's when the said 'customer care person' will be in, mimi nilipitia mapema ndio niingie job. Na 9:30am bado tuko tu!
@Safaricom_Care So we ask if we choose to wait how long are we waiting? She says she doesn't know. We ask her if she can call 'whoever' and ask so we plan ourselves. She blatantly says she doesn't know and she retires to her desk.
