Before leaving your house today, make these declarations;
Father, we thank You for the gift of a new day. Thank You for Your mercy, Your protection, and the grace that has carried us this far.
Today, we stand on Your Word and declare:
I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED.
What God has ordained for me will not be cancelled by opposition.
I WILL NOT WALK IN FEAR.
The Lord is with me, and I will not be shaken by what I see.
I WILL NOT BE CONFUSED.
God will give me wisdom, clarity, and discernment for every decision I make today.
I WILL NOT BE OVERWHELMED.
The grace of God is sufficient for everything this day requires of me.
I WILL NOT MISS WHAT GOD HAS FOR ME.
The right doors will open, and I will have the wisdom to recognize them.
I DECLARE THAT MY LABOUR WILL NOT BE IN VAIN.
The work of my hands will produce meaningful results, and I will see progress.
I DECLARE DIVINE PROTECTION.
May God keep me from evil, danger, wrong associations, and decisions that could bring unnecessary trouble.
I DECLARE RESTORATION.
What has been drained, delayed, or damaged will be met by the mercy and power of God.
I DECLARE THAT I WILL FINISH STRONG.
I will not quit in the middle. I will not abandon what God has given me because of temporary difficulty.
Today, I choose faith over fear, obedience over impulse, peace over anxiety, and perseverance over discouragement.
This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.
Father, order my steps, guard my heart, bless the work of my hands, and let Your presence go before me.
In Jesus' name, AMEN. 🙏
A PRAYER FOR RESTORATION
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ,
I come before You with faith, trusting in Your Word and Your unfailing love.
Lord, You are the God who restores. Your Word says, “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten” — Joel 2:25.
For everyone who has experienced loss, pain, disappointment and setbacks, I ask You to restore.
Restore what was lost.
Restore what was broken.
Restore opportunities that were taken away.
Restore finances that were lost.
Restore families and marriages according to Your will.
Restore joy where there has been sorrow.
Restore hope where there has been disappointment.
Restore strength where there has been weariness.
Your Word says, “He restoreth my soul” — Psalm 23:3.
Father, heal every broken heart. For those mourning loved ones, comfort them according to Your Word. You said, “Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted” — Matthew 5:4.
For those who lost their jobs, open new doors.
For those who lost businesses, give them wisdom, favour and the grace to rebuild.
For those who lost homes, provide again.
For those whose marriages have been broken, let Your will be done and bring healing where restoration is possible.
And Lord, let the losses of this season not become the definition of their lives.
Give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness — Isaiah 61:3.
I declare according to Your Word that weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning — Psalm 30:5.
Father, give Your children grace to rise again.
What they cannot fix, You can fix.
What they cannot rebuild, You can rebuild.
What they cannot recover, You can restore.
Let their latter days be greater than their former days, according to Your will.
May this season of loss become a testimony of Your faithfulness.
In Jesus Christ's mighty name, Amen.
GOD CAN USE YOUR MOUTH AND STILL REJECT YOUR HEART. Read that again.
Balaam was a man God used to speak. He heard from God because God was speaking to Him clearly. He prophesied ACCURATELY. He became a mouthpiece through which God declared blessing over Israel.
But here is the terrifying part: Being used by God did not mean Balaam was approved by God.
Balaam could speak God’s words with his mouth while his heart was being pulled by selfish motives.
He could prophesy over God’s people and yet become part of the reason they fell.
When Balaam could not curse Israel directly, he counseled Balak to entice Israel into sin and idolatry. Israel stumbled, and Scripture later remembers it as “the doctrine of Balaam.” (Numbers 31:16; Revelation 2:14)
And eventually, Balaam was killed. (Numbers 31:8)
This should terrify every person who is in the MINISTRY!
You can be gifted and still be drifting.
You can be anointed to minister and still be compromised in your private life.
You can preach powerful sermons and still have a heart that is slowly falling away from God.
You can be used by God while God is dealing with you.
Never mistake manifestation for approval. Never mistake influence for intimacy. Never mistake being used by God for being pleasing to God.
Even Jesus warned His disciples about this. When they returned rejoicing that even the demons were subject to them, Jesus said:
“Do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:20)
Don't build your identity on what God does through you. Build it on your relationship with God.
The greatest tragedy is not that God stops using you. The greatest tragedy is that God keeps using you while your heart is slowly becoming distant from Him—and you mistake His use of you as His approval of you.
Guard your heart. Stay humble. Stay in the Word. Repent quickly. Obey completely.

Forever proud of my people. Show them what it means to stand firmly against xenophobia. Let them know that turning a Kenyan against another African simply won’t work. You won’t see Kenyans marching in the streets hunting down fellow Africans. We are better than that. We are a civilised people who believe in African unity and solidarity.
Today, a Rwandan trader in Mwiki was robbed of his bucket of mandazi, two thermos flasks of black coffee, and the money he had made selling to honest people.
The thieves were chang’aa addicts who thought they had found an easy target.
Unfortunately for them, they found the wrong neighbourhood.
I responded immediately from Maji Mazuri. One robber left the encounter with fewer teeth than he arrived with; another went home with a head injury. Meanwhile, we raised KSh 3,500 for our fellow African trader to help him get back on his feet.
Let me be very clear: we are not going to stand by while criminals prey on hardworking Africans trying to survive.
A man wakes up, makes mandazi and coffee, carries his little business on his back and comes to Kenya to earn an honest living. The least we can give him is security and dignity.
To the mugukaa, miraa, & chang’aa gang: mandazi is not your inheritance, coffee is not your birthright, and Mwiki is not a free-for-all buffet.
We are Africans before we are anything else.
We welcome our brothers and sisters from across this continent, and we will defend their right to work peacefully.
Kenya must never become another South Africa where fellow Africans are attacked simply because they crossed a border looking for a better life.
We can be tough on criminals without becoming cruel to foreigners.
Leave hardworking traders alone.
Let them hustle.
Let them eat.
Let them go home safely.

This car threw a plastic bottle out onto the road.
I honked at them, and I think to show me 'utadoo?', they immediately threw another bottle out and sped off!
Stupid, stupid people!
Good news...... My sister has been found today, she was sick and was taken to the hospital 🏥 from the airport 🛫
A big thanks to each and everyone of you online. The Nigerian Embassy in Doha, to 'The Boss' Michael Achimugu @mikeachimugu01 and the Qatar Airways Admin, @qatarairways who was kind and understanding.

🇰🇪 A Kenyan marathon champion from Baringo is serving 80 years in a Mexican prison.
Rerimoi Barsitei was arrested in 2021 after people he allowed to stay at his place were later linked to a kidnapping. He insists he had no knowledge of any crime. His family says he was tried in Spanish — a language he doesn’t understand — with little proper interpretation or strong legal help.
Co-accused allegedly said he wasn’t involved. Still, he got 80 years.
His relatives have reached out to Kenyan authorities and the embassy. Still waiting for real intervention.
How does a Kenyan athlete end up facing the rest of his life behind bars in a foreign country under these circumstances? And how long should a family keep pleading before their government steps in meaningfully?
Let his story be heard.
