@ScentreGroup just got charged an additional $5 for parking while I was trying to get out of the congested car park at Burwood. How absolutely disgusting. No one down there directing traffic and then I get to the gate and get charged $5 after sitting in the car park for 30mins!

@Qantas flew 8 hours from Singapore to Sydney with no screens working, I asked for ice and was told there was none and then “breakfast” was some gross pastry. Also even though we had no screens the lights were turned on 3 hours before landing.
@Qantas I’ve also asked multiple times how we add this entire trip to our Qantas frequent flyer and I keep getting a standard response. Feels like I’m talking to a robot.
@Qantas when we booked we were advised this was a Qantas flight however when we got to the airport it was a finnair air craft. However we checked in at the qantas kiosk and our flight number was Qantas
