One of my first trips ever for Flo was in November of 2013.  I was sent to New York for Aaron Pico's senior level debut.  He was a high school sophomore at that point.  I remember looking over and seeing him warming up and then he just started a boxing routine. 

I asked him about it and he said whenever he was nervous his coach would tell him to go box, and it would calm him down.  Pico has been thinking about throwing hands a long time (back when people worked out with corded head phones! 😂). I hope he wins tonight in his UFC debut! Let's go!
