Horrendous service from @asda Workington branch , click and collect , select collect , arrive to collect - “ your order is Uber but they haven’t been running lately so I’ll get you your shopping now” , “ my manager says I can’t give you your shopping Uber will complain ….

Uber wasn’t coming but we had to let the fiasco play out to get to the same outcome !!! Lost a long standing customer off to Tesco we go ! Merry Christmas @asda

Order is not coming and will be cancelled and needs re ordered ! Generic text stating Uber only cancels in extreme circumstances , accidents , breakdowns etc … I’m having the breakdown Asda not a word of apology ! Farce ! Your member of staff pretty much told me at the start
