Just get your TRN and your Jamaica government issued photo ID (Driver’s License; Passport or Voter’s ID).

Oh, and you also need your phone.

After you've registered, just select "receive money" in the app and pull down your Western Union money transfer.
Simple as that. You can pick up your free prepaid Visa card at the location you selected in the app when the sun comes back out and then go to any machine that accepts Visa cards and withdraw your money.
