@sathyashrii While its not the solution, but the state of law often leaves no choice. Alternatives are worse. What else could he do? Courts and Police harassment for years, face mounting false cases on family members as well! Go financially, emotionally bankrupt, get broken!

पिछले 3 सालों से मेरी दुर्दशा: झांसी प्रशासन के पीछे भाग रहा हूँ कि मेरी ज़मीन अतिक्रमण से मुक्त हो, लेकिन सफलता तो दूर, ज़मीनी हालात हर दिन और बद��र होते जा रहे हैं।

देखिए कैसे प्रशासन ने मेरी शिकायतों पर कार्रवाई न करने का एक पूरा जाल बुन दिया है, जिससे भू-माफिया को खुली छूट मिल रही है:

1: शिकायतों को पूरी तरह नज़रअंदाज़ कर ठंडे बस्ते में डाल देते हैं।
2: जब IGRS शिकायत दर्ज हो, तो कहते हैं – "पहले आधिकारिक तरमीम आवेदन दीजिए, तभी देखेंगे।"
3: आधिकारिक आवेदन देने के बाद भी 2 साल तक रिपोर्ट नहीं भेजते।
4: इन 2 सालों में निर्माण पूरा करवा देते हैं, फिर साफ़ कह देते हैं – "अब तो निर्माण हो गया, तरमीम संभव नहीं।"

मेरा ज़मीन दबंगों द्वारा बेधड़क कब्ज़ा किया जा रहा है, और प्रशासन या तो आँखे मूंदे बैठा है या अतिक्रमणकारी का साथ दे रहा है।
10 महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी मेरी RTI (DMOJS/R/2024/80023) का कोई जवाब नहीं मिला।
PIO को शो-कॉज़ नोटिस जारी हुआ, फिर भी कोई परवाह नहीं।

@theskindoctor13 Govt employees act with impunity because they know the worst they'll face is an inquiry or a warning. No real consequences, no matter how blatant or egregious the misconduct. The system protects its own.

हमने एक साधारण सवाल पूछा था: बिजौली, झांसी में भूमि खसरा संख्या 1165 का मालिक कौन है? लेकिन हमारी आरटीआईं पिछले आठ महीनों से लंबित पड़ी हैं, और शिकायत दर्ज कराने से मामला अभी भी उत्तर प्रदेश सूचना आयोग (UPIC) में सुनवाई के अध���न है। सरकारी अधिकारी जानबूझकर जवाब देने से बच रहे हैं, क्योंकि वे उस भूमि माफिया से मिले हुए हैं, जो अवैध रूप से इस जमीन पर कब्जा किए बैठा है।
