🚨 Russia Warns US Military Infrastructure Plans In Afghanistan Could Threaten Regional Security

Russia’s Security Council Deputy Secretary Alexander Venediktov said plans to restore US military infrastructure in Afghanistan would pose a direct threat to countries across the region.

He added that Moscow is discussing ways with Kabul to prevent renewed military involvement by countries outside the region.

Meanwhile, the SCO is considering resuming cooperation with Afghanistan through its existing contact group, while Russia and Kabul have established a bilateral working group on economic and trade cooperation.
