Did you know it takes over 4 weeks to brew our Welsh Lager?
It might look like simple, straightforward beer, but brewing it is bloody hard! Each batch goes through a 4 week fermentation process, known as lagering, and has to be kept really cold throughout. It’s worth it though 🍻
