Called back to find out that Best Buy cancelled my order all together. So I paid $158 waited two weeks to never receive anything. I will never purchase form Best Buy again.

@BestBuy Worst experience. I purchased a ring door bell for in store shipping on 6/15. I was supposed to pick it up on 6/20. It was delayed. I called the store and was informed that it was there but was in the process of being filled and to wait for the email.

Then I find out product never arrived and new shipping date was 6/26. I waited till 6/26 called again and was told it maybe on the truck that came in but it wasn’t unloaded yet and to call back on 6/27.

@FedExHelp Why is FedEx even in business? Packages are always lost, deliveries never made on time, and customer service literally is no help.
