@CityPowerJhb What’s happening in Atholl Gardens. Power was supposed to be back at 8:30?

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]

Also, how many times do I have to call your customer care line to get this issue sorted out? It’s been a month and a half and I am still unable to log onto clientzone using credentials that worked before. @Afrihost why do we have to beg for a service we pay for?

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]

@Afrihost how is it possible that the only way I can log onto clientzone is through the invoice link sent to the very email address that is supposed to be my username but whenever I send password reset requests to this email they never come through?

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]

@CityPowerJhb Hopefully you are not planning on loadshedding us again at 18:00, because that would just be ridiculous and inconsiderate.

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]

@CityPowerJhb Atholl Gardens has been off since 2am. The power was supposed to be back at 04:30 but still nothing. What is happening?

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]

@CityPowerJhb why did the power in Atholl go off an hour before scheduled time?

[@CityPowerJhb @CityPowerJhb]

#UPDATE

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]

@MissSteelo @Fastway_SA They did deliver. There was no communication. The driver just arrived at my gate.😒

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]

@Fastway_SA I’m going on holiday tomorrow and I’ve been calling since Thurs trying to get my package by today. I was promised that it would be delivered today b4 6pm. Your office is not open on weekends. What am I suppose to do now? Why is this kind of service acceptable in 2022?

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]

@CityPowerJhb Why is Atholl Gardens off when the schedules says 12? Can you guys at least stick to the schedule?

[Nthabiseng Ndala @Glamrama]
