@StockX is absolutely awful at customer service. I shipped my item, UPS confirmed pickup, yet StockX refuses to file a claim for the missing package. They take zero responsibility even though they generated the label. Buyers & sellers, beware! #StockX#CustomerServiceFail
@stockx Iโm frustrated about trying to sell the $1200 @seanwotherspoon 97/1โs, which I didnโt want to let go. After you sent the labels, I took the package to UPS the same day. Now Iโm having trouble getting responses and am told to contact UPS myself, despite you creating the waybill.
