Basically I’ll like to talk about few mistakes I see a lot of projects make:

They think building is marketing.

They spend weeks building the product, branding everything nicely, launch a token with little to no marketing budget and expect “organic growth” to do the rest.

Building is only one part of the game.

You need positioning.
You need distribution.
You need community.
You need consistent attention around the project.

And no, throwing money at random promo isn’t the answer either.

But launching with zero plan for getting eyes on what you built and hoping people magically find it?

That’s not organic growth.

That’s just hoping.
