Celebrate Independence Day safely!
If it goes bang or takes flight, it's not permitted for use. Fireworks like firecrackers, cherry bombs, M-80s, bottle rockets, Roman candles, and aerial shells are illegal for use year-round. Items like sparklers, spinners, fountains and smoke devices may be used July 4th until 1AM on July 5th and through July 6th until 11PM.
If you spot illegal use of fireworks, call the non-emergency line at 623-930-3000.

After three years of construction, the event marked the much anticipated opening of the beloved Murphy Park and the renewal of the now state-of-the-art amphitheater. 🚸 Safety improvements are now complete at Copper Canyon High School! New flashing beacons and speed feedback signs have been installed along 91st Ave. and Camelback Rd. to help increase driver awareness and encourage slower speeds in the school zone.
