@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I thought the idea was to protect people from getting their account compromised but Jagex is just compromising their own customers... (after we made some transactions of course :) ), I'll guess we'll just cancel our subs and find a different game then.. 2/2

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I've done that 5 times now.. with some taking over an hour, and I still get a default reply, I provided all the info I have including unique transaction ID's they just seem to ignore that... The last one asked me for paybyphone or paybycash info.. i never even used that.. 1/2

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I provided 4 transaction ID's from this month and also explained that I was in France for New year and so my ip could've been different... but for starters I didn't even get a mail saying my account was locker or why, I just had to find out... I can't fill out anything more.. 2/2

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I've done all of that, this account was created like 15 years ago, I can't remember all the passwords from then up until now, I provided the one's I know... same goes for the secret questions. And one of the replies from the appeal said 'please provide some extra info 1/2

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport the one from this morning took less than 5 minutes, so I kinda doubt the first line on the tracking page: A member of our Player Support staff has carefully reviewed your appeal and unfortunately, your appeal has been denied.

@RuneScape @JagexSupport not really, been through all of that, read it all and supplied more than enough info (or atleast what is possible to provide in these standard forms), but you can't get an answer that isn't a standard reply apparently 😀
