I want to thank my friend @GlennRubenstein who stumbled upon this clip I’ve been searching for years to find and show to my daughters. The 1515 Broadway Studio officially opened on September 5, 1997. We were about to launch MTV Live, which morphed into TRL. I also shot many episodes of 120 minutes there!

Karate Kids: Legends is fine, but poorly timed. The first half has classic underdog charm (Ben Wang + Joshua Jackson 👍). The back half leans hard into legacy, and sorta pulls it off. But after 7 years of Cobra Kai dunking on LaRusso and making Johnny the hero? Tonal whiplash.
