@eBay_UK I've been trying to report counterfeit goods to you to get a refund. But its been a complete mare. Seller won't give refund. Even reported the counterfeit good to manufacturer & they were like. "We will investigate." This is a medical product applied to skin. #Dangerous
When speaking/entertaining at events I use a basic @CASIOJapan watch. (See below.) Bought on ebay 4 years ago for about £5. Now £5.99. Battery finally died. Went to @Timpson_Ltd@JamesTCobbler for a battery they wanted £24.99! Ermmm how? No wonder we just throw things away.
@aena Reading your other posts, this seems to be your M.O. Apologise and sloping shoulders. Action is needed. If some staff are acting in this nationalistic, repulsive way to tourists, it will eventually seep into the fabric of all staff and, as such, does not bode well for tourism
@aena Today I was subjected to terrible/racist/nationalist behaviour at #LasPalmasAirport. Because I wanted to make sure my personal belongings were safe, (last year I had my wallet and sunglasses stolen at XRay in Las Palmas) the security guard got very aggressive at me.
So i went to Guarda Civil, & spoke to a lovely calm gentleman who agreed their this was unacceptable & requested i point out the staff. Guarda said he'd escalate it. I'd recommend these staff are reminded of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) Language Requirements.
I could not understand him. I do not speak spanish. I do however speak 4 other languages. He and a colleague got very agitated and verbally aggressive and stated, "this is Spain, speak Spanish". They then started to make threats that i would be arrested by #GuardaCivil.
Just wanted to give a big #shoutout to new store manager, Fraser, from @Morrisons in Horndean. So extremely helpful and supportive when I had an issue with @AmazonUK. With Frasers help and help from @ComplainingCow, I finally got my refund from @AmazonHelp ThankYou
@BrittanyFerries I know that it has a long while since my #skjaldmær and I crossed from #Portsmouth to #Caen on the new LNG ferries with Captain Arnaud Roux and his colleagues. Special mention not only Cpt Roux, but to his entertainment manager #Angel. She is a truly lovely lady.

@AmazonHelp It will apparently take 7days to finally get a #refund after 1 month. The fact @AmazonUK finally refunded is good news. Yet it should never, ever in a million years have taken so long or the need to threaten trading standards, ombudsman & small claims courts.

@AmazonHelp I have been continually replying to yours and your customer service colleagues and getting the same scripted answer. I have replied to your emails and to your customer service emails. What are you not understanding. 1 package out of 4 did not arrive.
by me, not merely evidence that a locker door was opened. If Amazon cannot verify this, I expect a full refund or replacement under the A-to-Z Guarantee & in accordance with UK consumer law,
I trust this will now be escalated appropriately so that this matter can be resolved.
@AmazonHelp I am getting exceedingly fed up of prescripted responses & hiding behind policy & what a computer says. Idnformation you’ve provided does not constitute proof of collection. As I have already explained several times, 3 of 4 packages I ordered were in the Amazon Locker
Therefore, I am once again requesting the following:
Confirmation from the locker operator that CCTV or collection logs have been reviewed to identify who actually collected the missing parcel.
Written confirmation that Amazon can provide verifiable proof of personal collection
