@ZacGoldsmith She has performed well at QT but is still not coming across as a stateswoman. The tories performed very badly at the locals so maybe small progress at best. The tories will make stronger inroads with more of a positive push on the economy, on the future and a call of nationhood.

@RoryStewartUK So what you are saying is that Europe should stand up to Trump. Which is correct BUT Europe is too weak and in reality too divided to do so. So Trump is right?

@DanNeidle @ChrisPen1980 To fix this we need a growing and robust economy, incentives to employ and incentives to work. So first step is a business cutlure that rewards employing and growing. Second is cutting benefits to incentivise work. So 2 and a reshaping of tax.

@lewis_goodall The point is don’t save, don’t invest & don’t be sensible with money. Incentivising short term spending, rendering market economies meaningless and the state all powerful. Will make people more selfish, less family orientated and more dependent on the state.

@JamesMelville The idea that you own nothing is not new. This failed under the guise of communism. Misses the drive of human nature to push forward and the human need to be rewarded. The additional premise is that the government knows where to spend and is efficient in doing that.

@toonarmy_com Why change? Do they want to change the identity of the club? Use it to sell more shirts or position the club as something else? Feels like a marketing idea vs the ethos of the club.
