Governor Michael Atingi-Ego was the guest of honour at the launch of @CentenaryBank’s custodial services this evening. In his remarks, he commended Centenary Bank for taking this bold and visionary step, noting that the bank, with total assets of UGX 8.6 trillion, a loan portfolio of UGX 4.1 trillion, and a non-performing loan ratio of just 2.8 per cent, has demonstrated its capacity to manage risk effectively and serve its 3.4 million customers, which is 25 per cent of Uganda’s banking population.
