Right now I'm focusing on good ol' valor and physical strength, through Alke, Gama, and one more app I'm tweaking (it's named Squeeze today, I will change that soon).
Mฤkhanai is a lot more than machines, as my banner says.
In a way, everything we do is a mฤkhanฤ (singular of mekhanai), as long as it helps us solve a problem...
and almost everything is, one way or another.
Wish there was more time.
To have fun more.
To make more.
To learn more.
But then I think we could have a lot less.
"I shall use my time."
Thanks Jack London.
Why Hindu Squats?
The toes and ankles regain the flexibility shoes and chairs take away.
Full range of motion through the knee, not just the middle of it.
No equipment, no rack, no plates.
Not even a serious warmup. This can be your warmup.
Have fun with it,
Leveling up push-ups:
Level 0 โ just the stance
Level 1 โ good ol' push-ups
Level 2 โ hindu push-ups (dands)
Level 3 โ levels 0-2 on repeat, but more and better
Alke went from a 4-page, see-at-end card to an interactive UI.
Live changes. Simpler options. More features.
Minimalistic experience.
Took longer than expected, but then again, first time building something like that.
Time to make more cards.

Before you build anything, you only see the limitless opportunities.
When you start, you start to see your shortcomings.
Then, you see what you lack to escape the valley.
Then, you keep going if you want it enough.
Then, you win.
