Race isn't really brought up in the first few books at least except that the Imperium wrongly assumes the Fremen are savages of no value. Otherwise Paul becoming Fremen more of a cultural thing.

@DocStrangelove2 I tend to like the idea of rich people toys becoming interesting again. Super expensive cars used to have either unique gimmicks or were well built vehicles that could perform and be luxurious.
The ultra luxury car market has been overpriced dogshit for at least a decade now.

@benoski73 At first I was surprised that E-Day didn't end with Marcus going to jail. Looked up the timeline of Gears of War afterwards and Gears 1 is 14 years after E-Day? Making prequels seems like the obvious path given that large of a time gap.

I've never been a fan of multiplayer in Gears so I can't speak to that.
The horde mode is an interesting idea, but probably the worst horde since Gears 2.
