I would say "maybe this means the live game will get better, more timely support and updates," but realistically it may be more profitable to maintain the current status quo. Only time will tell, I guess.

It's truly amazing. Even with expectations at rock bottom, @PlayOverwatch manages to disappoint. Years of no content for OW1 with the excuse that resources were going to OW2, which was a buggy mess on release with the excuse that resources were going to PVE. Now there's no PVE.

However, *someone* along the line must have really dropped the ball if after all these years, and after everything of it they've shown, they're scrapping everything. Or maybe a spreadsheet wizard said it'd be more profitable to drip-feed these little scraps behind the battlepass.
