🙏🏼 Thanks to Eden Park Practice for hosting five Ministers to announce the new NI funding, AND the press pack of journalists AND still all smiling!
The staff and centre are fantastic. They will now receive extra funding to include more services as an MDT.
It was great to see together the difference this £ will make.
This funding shows how the UK Government is working with the NI Executive on public services transformation - £129 million includes £61 million for primary healthcare and £27.5 million for special educational needs.
After the announcement that UK Government will release £129 million to support public service transformation in Northern Ireland, UK and NI Executive Ministers visited Eden Park Practice in Belfast yesterday to hear more on how the funding will transform local health services.
Was great to be there yesterday to support our member practice and highlight the importance of the MDT rollout - commencing across North Belfast soon! It’s been a long wait for our practices but we’re excited to get to work on this reform in partnership with @BelfastTrust
