It's not resolved and I guess you guys won't be helping. I guess it's my fault only that i ordered from Flipkart. Amazon would have been better.

Ordered a WatchPro which was faulty, replaced it, received the product but the seal and box were already open and now your customer support expects me to keep as it's not their fault. Is selling used products for the price of new your thing now?
@flipkartsupport This didn't solve anything. You are sending me back to the same customer support pages which i have already tried and it's not working. Can an actual human address the problem instead of a bot?
